  • What is the method of booking accommodation in Host?

    By browsing the available accommodations in the application, then documenting your personal data, submitting a reservation request, moving to payment and documenting the residence contract electronically.

  • What happens after sending the reservation request and waiting for the host's acceptance?

    Some accommodations require accepting reservation requests and the host will accept or decline the reservation request in less than 30 minutes.

  • How do I make sure my reservation is confirmed?

    Once you have completed the full payment procedures and issued the residence contract, your reservation is considered confirmed.

  • What is the mechanism for registering as a host/service provider?

    Select the account type from the My Account menu and choose to change the account type, then verify the personal data and include the place of residence or commercial service. We will review the data and accept it immediately, and then you can start receiving reservations.

  • Can I cancel the reservation after confirming it?
